Brince: The bellows attaches with a body cap or "T" adapter that is machined to fit the mini bellows.
I take the Holga lens mount, machine it to fit the bellows, then the Holga lens and optic is modified so it will focus with a special focus tube inside the mini bellows.
I had a Bender kit so folks could make their own special Benders, but then more folks just wanted me to make them a Holga Bender ready to use, so that's the way it worked out.
Of course our friend Mel from Ozzieland got folks down there interested in making a loupey Bender, they tried all kinds of different bellows, but in the end she just ordered a bunch of mini bellows from me and they're out happily Bending their "Loupey"s .
By the way.....that "Original" Lensbaby is perfect for hacking your own found optics into........carefully remove the retaining ring using a "rubber" glove to grip and protect the finish on the retaining ring.....remove the "Original" loupe type optic. Buy a loupe kit from Harbor Freight that you can use to hack up to use as new mounts for your found optics . You'll have fun just using the HF loupes as new optics, but will soon get tired of the telephoto factor of the longer focal length loupe optics......so they will become the first to be hacked .
Where all this fun is leading.....is to experiment with the Holga optics or other kewl optics for Bending with .
Of course if hacking optics doesn't seem like fun.....then one can always buy my tricked out Benders for fun too

.
The nice folks at Lensbaby also appreciate ones business .......seems they are hiring new people all the time to keep up with demand and idea people to come up with new Baby's and accessories .
DIY .....gives me the most fun for my buck, but then I also seem to acquire most of the Lensbaby line along the way, and it also gets hacked
